This Privacy Policy governs the collection, storage and use of personal information collected by Rentalls s.r.o. , a company organized under the laws of Slovak Republic, under Registration No 54690005 (“we”, “us” or “our”) in connection with our website at https://rentalls.com/, our mobile applications available to download (“Apps”) and other products and services offered by us through the Website and/or the Apps (collectively, the “Services”).

Data collection, purposes, legitimacy basis and conservation periods:

a. Registration in the App/dashboard web and registration of the owner of the hosting: By registering, it will be necessary for the user owner of the hosting to provide their identifying data, such as name, email and password. The data will be processed to register you in the application and allow you access to the services it offers.

The legal basis for the processing of such data is based on the fulfillment of the contract or license for use.

The term of conservation of the data for this purpose will be maintained for as long as the holder remains registered and has not exercised the cancellation of the application.

b. Subscription: The owner of the accommodation can subscribe to the services offered by Rentalls. To do this, you must provide your credit/debit card details. The data will be processed to process the payment of services.

The legal basis for the processing of such data is based on the fulfilment of the contract or licence for use.

The data will be kept for the period required to comply with legal obligations or to meet claims or responsibilities arising from the processing.

c. Cookies: The App and the web have technology for the implantation of files called cookies in the equipment used to access and navigate through the App and the web. Cookies can be blocked or disabled at any time through the browser configuration options.

The legal basis for the processing of such data is based on the User’s consent.

d. Advertising: Rentalls will be able to treat the data of the users who own the lodgings in order to keep them updated of the activity and news regarding information related to the services based on their legitimate interest by electronic means. The owner can exercise their right of opposition.

The period of conservation of the data will be the time that you are registered in our system to send advertising and you have not revoked your consent.

Personal Information

Your personal information is very important to us and we do all we can to protect it. This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the personal information we collect from you, how we use your personal information and your rights to control the personal information we hold about you. Please read this Policy carefully. Once you use the Website, the Apps or the Services you will be deemed to have read and accepted the Policy in its entirety and consented to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy in its entirety, you must not use the Website, the Apps or the Services.

Statistical Data Collection

Anonymous data may also be collected for statistical analysis, meaning no individual person can be identified using this data.

Your information is treated as confidential and, although it may be disclosed to third parties, which provide services to Rentalls, the use of such information will be limited to their duties towards us. Users should note that the internet by its nature cannot guarantee 100% privacy and security.

Modification of the Privacy Policy

Rentalls reserves the right to modify at any time its privacy policy, respecting the current legislation on data protection and after due notice to interested parties.

Exercise rights

Likewise, the User can revoke the consent for the treatment, exercising the rights of access, rectification, suppression, portability, opposition and limitation to the treatment, informing Chekin by means of an email addressed to info@rentalls.com or indicating it to the above mentioned address, indicating as subject “Data Protection”. On a special occasion and depending on the circumstances, we may ask the User to prove their identity by means of an official document, for example in order to prevent access to their data by third parties when there may be suspicion of fraud.

Finally, the User may communicate any modification in writing or request cancellation, indicating it in any of the addresses provided.

At any time, the User may submit a claim to the Slovak Data Protection Agency to enforce their rights.

Disclosure

Rentalls works with third parties who deal with end consumers. Rentalls will pass customer details between parties as required to facilitate bookings. If you have signed with one of these third parties you should be aware that customer details are also stored at Rentalls. Credit card and login information is not stored by Rentalls and the details are encrypted during transmission. User information will not be disclosed to any third party without the user’s consent except 1) as required by law or legal proceedings 2) in order to establish our legal rights 3) as part of a sale of Rentalls.

The language applicable to this Privacy Policy

The language applicable to this Privacy Policy is Slovak. Any version of the same in a different language is offered for the User’s convenience and to facilitate understanding. However, this Privacy Policy will always be governed by its Slovak version.

In case of contradiction between the Privacy Policy in any language and its Slovak version, the Slovak version will prevail.
